This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of The Wolfepack Foundation DBA The Sun Never Sets, a Nonprofit Corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”) describes our privacy policies and terms and conditions of use with respect to information, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information, that is collected from visitors to its website located at www.thesunneversets.info (the “Site”). The content and services that we provide to you through the Site are referred to as the “Services.”
Information We Collect
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site
We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Site, make a donation, make a purchase, or use certain Services. This information may include data points such as your name, email address, telephone number, address, social media handle/alias, and credit card information. You may also voluntarily provide information around treatment and addiction history for you or your loved ones through our pages, such as Blog and Donation pages.
You may choose to share your personal story with The Sun Never Sets, in which case you may choose to provide certain additional Personal Data such as demographic data (age, education level, etc.) and your personal history with addiction and recovery. Any story content you provide is additionally subject to our Terms and Conditions.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of The Sun Never Sets and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

When you visit our Site or use our Services, we collect information about which of the Services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. The Sun Never Sets uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, The Sun Never Sets often conducts research on its user demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. Web Beacons
We may also employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons) that help us better manage content on our Site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ Personal Data. We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

The Sun Never Sets is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. Vendors and Service Providers: The Sun Never Sets, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions that help us provide Services to you and to run our organization. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and provision of other IT services, and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function and we prohibit them by contract from using your Personal Data for any purpose except to provide The Sun Never Sets with services.

Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by The Sun Never Sets other than Personal Data collected through the Site. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to The Sun Never Sets through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Social Media
Through the Site, you can choose to access certain social media websites and services that are owned and/or controlled by third parties (including, without limitation to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others) (such websites and services, collectively, the “Social Media Services”). Your California Privacy Rights
“Shine the Light” Law
California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the Third Parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Data (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Data disclosed to those parties. The Sun Never Sets does not share your Personal Data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
