SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
Orders placed and shipped within the US will ship via USPS Priority within 2 days of purchase. In the event that items are backordered, we will immediately notify you of any expected delays and will ship the items as we receive them. If you would like an order shipped internationally, please contact us for a custom quote and estimated shipping time.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at thesunneversetsNPO@gmail.com or our contact form . We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. The Sun Never Sets is not responsible if a package is stolen once delivered or tampered with. The Sun Never Sets will, however, assist in any way possible to launch an investigation with or seek reimbursement from the particular shipping service.
Returns for Purchases
We hope you are completely satisfied with your The Sun Never Sets purchase. In the case that you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of order delivery provided items are returned unused and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing list.
While we do provide store credits, all original shipping expenses are non-refundable.
To return merchandise, please email thesunneversetsNPO@gmail.com. Prior to shipping, please let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We will then issue a return authorization number that must be included in your return package.
Please note that The Sun Never Sets is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Sun Never Sets.
